Besides being the queen of crime, Harley was also the queen of making shit more difficult then it needed to be. She was a pro at it and it was a craft she managed to perfect over the years. Much to the dissatisfaction of whoever she targeted. Beyond being difficult just to be difficult, Harley also liked to keep her mouth shut. If it wasn’t none of her business, anything she saw, heard or knew wasn’t up for discussion. Incriminating someone else meant there’d be (another) bounty for her head out there.
Her eyes rolled at how relentless Jones was. It was both annoying and admirable all at the same time. It almost made Harley want to give in but Harley had a code to live up to and her head to save. But curiosity and nothing else to do on this late night had her sticking around.

needlessly elaborating on what she’s after might end up steering the conversation off course. might provide harley with a smooth segue into an exit, which sure as shit isn’t going to happen. instead of maintaining any specific strategy, jess continues her varied approaches to getting information – she’d already tested the waters with idle threats & even attempted to flex her abilities to instill fear. so far, no success.

But the pair will NOT end up in a relationship. THIS IS A FLEXIBLE RULE. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT IT, THEN SIMPLY ASK.
